First Smash - Suitable For School Years 1-3: Approx. Ages 4-7

Ideal for the first timers who have little or no experience.

This introductory cricket program runs for 8 weeks. Each session focuses on teaching a different skill, building confidence, and having heaps of fun. The sessions are designed for high participation which helps to build the confidence and skills needed to play in a team environment. Modified games are also played to put the skills learned into practice.

After completion of these sessions, the children should be confident to move up to the next stage of playing the team-based T16 Blast.

All sessions will be delivered by the Horowhenua Kapiti Coaching Team
